Scope and current site features
This policy describes the current public website at cuisinart-cookware.com. The site publishes editorial content and outbound affiliate links. It does not currently offer user accounts, checkout, comments, a newsletter form, or an on-site contact form.
Because features can change, this page is reviewed when a new service begins collecting information. The reviewed date at the top reflects the current implementation, not a promise that every third-party policy remains unchanged.
Hosting and technical request data
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting and delivery providers, Vercel may process technical request and security information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, request time, requested page, referrer, browser or device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, diagnostics, and server logs.
That infrastructure data may be used for delivery, reliability, performance, abuse prevention, and security. The exact processing is governed by Vercel's Privacy Notice. We do not use hosting logs to build personal shopper profiles.
Analytics, cookies, and local storage
We do not currently run a client-side analytics product, advertising pixel, account system, or first-party marketing cookie on this site. The current application does not ask you to accept a newsletter or create a persistent profile.
Our hosting provider and destination sites may use their own essential, security, measurement, or preference technologies under their policies. If we add a client-side analytics or consent-dependent tool later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before that use is treated as part of the site.
Information you send by email
The contact page opens a direct email link. If you choose to write, we receive the address, message, headers, attachments, and any other information you voluntarily include. We use that information to review a correction, answer the message, evaluate a relevant partnership inquiry, or protect the site from abuse.
Do not email payment details, government identifiers, health information, account passwords, or other sensitive personal data. The site cannot access your Amazon account or order history, and email is not a channel for Amazon, retailer, warranty, or official Cuisinart support.
Amazon and other external destinations
When you click an Amazon affiliate link, you leave this site and connect to Amazon. The URL contains our Associate tag so an eligible purchase can be attributed to this site. Amazon may receive the usual request information and may use cookies or similar technologies according to its own notices, settings, and legal obligations.
Amazon controls its accounts, transactions, measurement, and data practices. Review Amazon's privacy information before using its services. Manufacturer and other source links also lead to independent third parties whose policies apply after you leave this site.
How information is used and shared
Information available to the site is used only for operating, securing, diagnosing, and improving the site; responding to messages; reviewing corrections; meeting legal obligations; and understanding affiliate attribution through the retailer's program.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting or email, disclosed when required by law, used to investigate security or abuse, or transferred as part of a legitimate change in site ownership. We do not receive your Amazon payment credentials or full order details from an affiliate link.
Retention and security
We keep direct correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to answer it, preserve an editorial correction record, handle a dispute, secure the site, or meet a legal obligation. Hosting providers may retain technical data under their own schedules and agreements.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used for the information under our control, but no website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Sending less personal data is the safest choice when a model number and public source are enough for a correction.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without creating an account, decline to click affiliate links, use browser controls for third-party cookies, and contact Amazon or another destination directly about data it controls. You may ask us about direct correspondence associated with your email address or request its deletion, subject to legal, security, and record-keeping needs.
Requests can be sent to hello@cuisinart-cookware.com. We may need enough information to confirm that the requester is entitled to the correspondence in question. Privacy rights differ by location; we will evaluate a request under the law that applies.
Children and policy changes
This buying guide is intended for a general adult shopping audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly ask children to create accounts or submit personal information.
